Senior Pastor and Counselor
Pastor Addie Kennebrew is a teacher, counselor, mentor, philanthropist, and the founder and senior pastor of the International Worship Center, Inc., in Tallassee, Alabama. She has a bachelor’s degree in sociology and is pursuing a master’s in human services counseling. One of her most cherished accomplishments is the establishment of the Love, Hope, and Restoration Center, a women’s shelter where women are provided short-term living accommodations and are trained, equipped, and empowered to rise above life’s challenges.
Pastor Kennebrew firmly believes that God will take your mess and give you a message. She has organized programs to give back to the community by giving away school supplies and clothing, and helping the broken, hurting, and battered. She has provided meals for the less fortunate and those who were incarcerated for the holidays. Her hobbies include reading, swimming, shopping, and traveling. Her life is evidence that it doesn’t matter how you start in life but how you end.
