Kimberly L. Butts is an educator, advocate, and faith-driven voice for maternal empowerment and early identity formation. With more than 20 years of experience in law enforcement, including service as a police officer, investigator, and juvenile detention center teacher, she has spent her career witnessing the long-term effects of disconnection, insecurity, and the absence of belonging in young lives.
Holding a master’s degree in education management and dual bachelor’s degrees in psychology and criminal justice, Kimberly brings a rare blend of professional insight and heartfelt compassion to her work. As a mother of three and a former single mother, she understands the sacred power of a parent’s voice in shaping a child’s sense of worth from the very beginning.
Through her writing, mentoring, and community wellness efforts, Kimberly is on a mission to help every child enter the world already knowing the sound of love, purpose, and divine affirmation.
